Who can apply

•  Family's Annual income is not stable;

•  Student should be from 6 to 15 years old (High school and before high school)

•  The Average score should no less than 80 ( for the new student, please delcear; for students with some speciality, the score should be no less than 70)

•  The student is really eager for study.

•  Parents are farmer or labour.

The application from should be recieved by FHL no later than June 30th.
