Lihua, a Dulong minority girl, needs $60 to help to continue her education. Her father works to support a family of six. Lihua is the top three student in her class

Jinxin, a Dulong minority boy, needs $60 to help to go to school next year. He is top 10% of his class. He is from a single parent family. His mother can not support the education of her two children

Qingzhong, a Nu minority boy, could not offer tuition ($70 ). His family can not support all three children to go to school. He is top six in his class.

Xiuying, a Nu minority girl, needs $70 to continue her education. She is the top four student in her class.

Everyday, many Miao and Tu Jia girls and boys have to work hard to help support their families. This six year old girl must get up at 4am to carry vegetables to the market for sale.
